Refund Policy

The Lab Atlas is sold as two plans. Each one is a one-time purchase plus a yearly renewal, and both are charged together when you check out.

• Individual: $149 one time, then $49.99 a year. One person. Your labs, your diet, your plan.
• Family: $299 one time, then $99 a year. Up to six profiles, each private to its own person.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

The renewal is a subscription. Stripe charges the card on file 1 year after your purchase, and every year after that, at the renewal price shown at checkout, until you cancel it. The renewal is what keeps the library current: new studies, re-verified bands, new markers and patterns.

• Email info@thelabatlas.org from the email address on your account and say you want to cancel your renewal.
• We cancel it in Stripe and reply to confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
• Cancelling stops the next yearly charge. Nothing you have already paid is charged again.
• You keep the full Lab Atlas through the end of the year you have already paid for.
• When that year ends, the plan ends, unless you renew.

• Within 30 days of your first purchase: ask, and we refund the full amount you paid at checkout. No reason needed.
• Within 30 days of a yearly renewal charge: ask, and we refund that renewal charge in full.
• After 30 days, that charge is not refundable. You can still cancel the renewal so nothing more is charged.
• A full refund closes the plan, and we cancel the renewal with it, so nothing further is charged.

To ask for a refund, email info@thelabatlas.org from the email address on your account. Where the law where you live gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card or payment method you paid with. We cannot send a refund anywhere else. Once we issue it, most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
